 Living food has biophotons, living enzymes, antioxidants, oxygen, wholefood vitamins and minerals that feed your body.

Living foods are foods which are alive aka RAW all fresh vegetables and fruits, un-roasted seeds - can be salted and dehydrated, un-roasted nuts - can be salted and dehydrated, sprouts, sprouted grains, fresh fermented foods - not canned or pickled, fresh herbs and spices
Dead foods are foods that are cooked
all pasteurized dairy, most anything out of a box, anything out of a can, anything processed, soda and canned beverages,  all baked goods, cooked grains or sauteed vegetables, fruit spreads, sausages and other cooked meats
